Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 Shipping Policy
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
 Domestic Shipping
Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 1-3 business days for shipping.
International Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 5-10 business days for shipping.

RETURNS

We are deeply sorry if the item you received is not what you expected. 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@dopecessories.com within 3 days of your order being delivered. Include your order# and details of the item that is defective. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
